Our Location

The PAN Electronics factory is spread over 100,000 Sq.ft and strategically located in Bengaluru; famous of its Information and Technology process. The factory site is situated in Peenya regarded as the biggest industrial areas in Asia. The plant lies close to the Bangalore-Tumkur Highway ensuring easy accessibility to transport via Road.

Metallized Film Machinery

• 3 world class metalization lines that include imported state-of-the-art machinery from Leybold Heraeus, Germany.
• 3 Slitting lines machineries from world-famous precision KAMPH micro slitting machines.
• Slitting is done in Class-10,000 clean Rooms having humidity and temperature controls.
• PAN Electronics utilises the wave-cut technique to ensure lower contact losses and higher inrush current capability.
• Testing of metalized films is done on the machine from NAGY Germany.

• Surface Resistivity Testing Meter from Nagy, Germany.
• Electronic Scale for slit width and margin measurement.
